Shailesh Shukla is the Founder-Director of the Pratibimb Foundation. He is an education expert with more than 15 years of experience in Elementary and Secondary Education. He is also a RAL & CLNOB Facilitator for Swachcha Bharat Missions Program. Shailesh is a certified Career Counsellor who has supported more than 5000 Students across 7 states of India . He is also associated as District Resource Person (DRP) with Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), Mirzapur to support training and documentation work. Shailesh is a post graduate student (education) of Azim Premji University, Bangalore . Shailesh has worked extensively in the education and development sector. His previous engagement was with UNICEF, Kusuma Foundation, Azim Premji Foundation, Bharti Foundation, CARE-India, and many other assignments with various organisations at higher and mid-management levels.

Minakshi is having more than 6 years of experience in social sector. Prior to Pratibimb Foundation she was associated with Room to Read India Trust. She hold a degree in Bachelors of Business Management and Masters in Education. She is working in Technical Support Unit with Pratibimb Foundation.

Bikash is an education professional based in Germany. Currently, he is an independent consultant and also manages projects for Pragyam Foundation. Prior to this, he was associated with Pratham Education Foundation and Sparsh Trust. He did Master in Education from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. Bikas is associated with Pratibimb Foundation to plan the programs for Youth and Children.

Priyanka is currently living in Dubai and supports the Education Program of the Pratibimb Foundation. She has worn different hats through her career-graphic designer, published author, AMI Montessori graduate and now, a much loved and respected elementary school teacher. She has a deep interest in child language and learning and development and has 6 years in teachers training, education research and curriculum development at the primary and elementary levels. In her spare time, she enjoys composing music, paper craft and working on hand building techniques with clay.

Srilakshmi has been an educator for the last 7 years, working as a teacher in schools across Bangalore and Mumbai. She was most recently involved with an education startup called Joy of Anubhava, where she designed and facilitated literature exploration workshops for children. She is a children's literature nerd and her dream is to write for children one day. Srilakshmi is currently freelancing as an educator and pursuing a post-graduate diploma in International Education to become an IB educator. Her other interests include movies, taking online courses on Udemy & Coursera and reading graphic novels.

Nirupama is a Partner Manager at Lime, a Micromobility leader headquartered in San Francisco, handling their operations across North America, Australia, and New Zealand.

After graduating from Azim Premji University in 2014 with a focus on Livelihoods, she worked with several NGOs (Vrutti Livelihood Resource Center, Center of Equity Studies, Vimochana, etc.) and designed successful business models (FPO) for marginal farmers and women that enhanced their earning potential and overall quality of life. She moved to the corporate sector in 2016 and since then has utilized her position to generate thousands of employment opportunities for the gig economy while working for Shadowfax and Swiggy. Nirupama is an integral part of the Pratibimb Foundation helping the youth in shaping their career through its Education Program. She has a particular interest in Women and Child Development and actively looks for opportunities to give back to society in spite of being miles apart from the country

Pooja Mishra (School Improvement Coordinator- SIC) holds a Bachelor's degree in Education (B. Ed), passionate about providing basic education to school-aged children through Community Learning Centers and remedial classes. Earlier this year, Pooja was a working community teacher and now she is working as a full school improvement coordinator (SIC). Her interest area is to support children in acquiring language and basic mathematical skills.

Unnati Upadhayay is working with Pratibimb Foundation to support the community learning centre and youth development program in the Kon block of Mirzapur. She has the experience to work with adolescent girls with a foundation and focus on life skill training and education. She was also selected as Girl Icon for Mirzapur district.

Vikas Giri is a School Improvement Coordinator- SIC at Pratibimb foundation. He is a master's in business administration (MBA) and is passionate to work with children and community members. He works on the ground to bring educational change through different approaches.

Anita Kumari is looking ommunity learning centre since 2020 in rural Mirzapur. She is working in Lalganj block she loves to work with children and community members. Along with educational support, she also helps youth to connect with various government schemes for their higher studies through foundation approaches.
