Pratibimb Charitable Foundation was established in 2019, as a registered non-profit organisation. It was founded by an Azim Premji University alumnus and experienced development professional Mr Shailesh Kumar. The foundation focuses in the areas of Education, Livelihood, Poverty Alleviation, and other related development interventions. Currently, the organizational focus is to enhance quality of education at elementary level in rural government schools and establishing the community learning centre for the drop out and street children to ensure access of education in Uttar Pradesh.

The Foundation began its work with initiatives aiming to improve the quality of education across the state. However, we are envisaging working on the various programmes targeting youth development, women empowerment, supporting marginalized groups and various other social issues requiring interventions.

Through these programmes, we aim to build better society, wherein communities are self-reliant and co-exist in harmony.

The foundation is establishing the community learning centres to drop-out children and street children to support them with basic literacy and mathematical skills and help them to get enrolled in the near by school. The foundation is also helping youth with admission information sessions, career counselling and livelihood related information support. The foundation is also aiming to associate youth for the skill development and their placement with support of its partner organisations.

The Foundation proactively engaged in awareness campaigns about menstrual hygiene, skill development. It educates people about various government schemes to enhance livelihood and other schemes benefitting communities, institutions and colleges.

Pratibimb Foundation supports and works to ensure the effective implementation of different programs launched by the government.
